The Project
Fraikin is one of the UK's major fleet hire businesses. As the organisation grew, the volume of information involved in managing vehicles, maintenance and customer requirements became increasingly difficult to handle through older processes.
FraikinView was created as a bespoke platform to make that information more accessible and useful to customers, suppliers and internal teams.
The Challenge
Giving different users one clear view of a complex fleet.
Fleet operations generate large amounts of information, from defects and breakdowns to service histories, maintenance activity and scheduling. Fraikin needed a better way for multiple user groups to access live information without relying on complex paper systems that were difficult to keep current.
The platform also needed to support continued business growth rather than becoming another system the organisation would quickly outgrow.

Fraikin had a clear vision for the platform and combined that with feedback from its customers. The solution was designed around three distinct user groups, with an interface intended to feel intuitive from the first use.
The focus was not simply on storing data, but on making fleet information easier to understand and act on.
The Solution
FraikinView: live fleet information across mobile and web.
We developed a bespoke Android and web platform providing live information on vehicle defects and breakdowns, service history, maintenance work and fleet scheduling.
Customers, suppliers and staff can access the information relevant to them through one connected system, creating a clearer and more efficient way to manage fleet activity.
